Shredding for Dwight D Eisenhower Army Medical Center

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide record storage and shredding services for the Dwight D Eisenhower Army Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for picking up, storing, retrieving, and destroying records, including classified documents. The contractor must have a climate-controlled secured storage facility and provide 24/7 customer support. The contract will be a pay-per-use contract, and the contractor must comply with various regulatory requirements, including those related to security and information assurance. • The contractor must store all types of media records, including paper, diskettes, tapes, and electronic records. • The contractor must provide on-site shredding and destruction of records. • The contractor must have a customer service phone number available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • The contractor must provide trained representatives to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance. • The contractor must comply with applicable installation, facility, and area commander installation and facility access and local security policies and procedures.
