Davenport and Bettendorf Paratransit Eligibility Software

The Cities of Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa are jointly issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a software suite to assist with the ADA Paratransit eligibility determination process. The software should allow applicants to submit their own application online or allow another individual to submit one on their behalf. The software should also have a component for travel training and be web-based, accessible from any computer with internet access. The selected vendor will be required to provide training to city employees on the use of the software. • The software should be able to manage every aspect of the ADA Paratransit Approval process, including intake, interviews, assessments, determinations, and appeals. • The software should allow city employees to process applications and communicate with applicants. • The software should have a mechanism for exporting the status of all users and applicants. • The vendor should list all available support options and associated costs. • The vendor should provide a Performance Guarantee in the amount of 100% of the Contract value. The Cities of Davenport and Bettendorf are looking for a software solution that can meet the requirements of the ADA Paratransit eligibility determination process and provide a user-friendly experience for applicants and city employees.
