Virginia Tech is seeking an Architectural/Engineering firm to update its Campus Master Plan. The selected firm will provide professional services for the project, including land use strategy, plan drivers, campus vision, frameworks, and districts. The project will be completed in three task orders, with the first task order focusing on intake, inventory, and analysis. The firm will work with Virginia Tech to confirm the specific task order schedules and provide suggested improvements to complete the work as expeditiously as possible. Key services include:
