The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified vendor to lease a fully operational mobile CT scanner to the Iowa City VA Health Care System for a four‑month period, with options to extend. The contractor must deliver, install, test, and certify the equipment; provide on‑site three‑day training; perform monthly delivery, return, cleaning, and hard‑drive replacement services; and supply all OEM maintenance and support throughout the lease term. The award will be firm‑fixed‑price, with a maximum ceiling of $40 million, and invoicing will be monthly via the VA’s Tungsten e‑invoice system.
