Copier Lease and Maintenance Services

The Midland Independent School District (MISD) is seeking a vendor to provide copier lease and maintenance services for 42 new multifunction copier/printer devices and 108 existing off-lease copiers. The selected vendor will be required to provide a fully managed solution, including multifunction copier/printer hardware, print management and device monitoring software, preventative and on-demand maintenance, and all consumables (excluding paper). The vendor must also provide delivery, installation, and configuration of the equipment, as well as end-user and administrative training. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
