2024 California NAIP3D Remote Sensing Imagery - Intent to Sole Source

The USDA Forest Service is proposing to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Hexagon US Federal, Inc for a digital surface model. The project involves acquiring a digital surface model for the state of California from the imagery collected as part of the 2024 USDA NAIP acquisition. The digital surface model is a derivative of remote sensing imagery that were already collected as part of a requisition by the USDA NAIP program. The vendor will further process the imagery to create a digital surface model in California Albers NAD83, meters (EPSG:3310).
