The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the Commissary and Central Distribution Center (CDC) at MCAS Iwakuni and Kure Pier 6, Japan. The scope of work includes the maintenance and repair of these systems to ensure they are functioning properly. • The contract will require the contractor to perform maintenance and repairs on the HVAC systems. • The contractor will need to have experience working with similar systems and have the necessary expertise to perform the required work. • The site visit is scheduled for 21 May 2026, and attendance is highly encouraged. • The RFQ is expected to be issued on or about 15 May 2026.
