Description
The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial and floor maintenance services for multiple Guilford County Locations. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who meet the requirements to submit a response. Guilford County reserves the right to award all locations to one Provider or per location(s) to multiple Providers.
• The services include janitorial and floor maintenance for multiple locations.
• A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on December 16, 2025.
• Providers are encouraged to visit the site location(s) prior to submitting their proposal(s).
• Questions will be taken until December 22, 2025.
• All bidding documents, drawing, specifications, and the walkthrough schedule are available for viewing on Guilford County’s Vendor Self Service automated bidding system.
