Orientation & Mobility Services needed for RSSLC

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts to provide orientation and mobility services to individuals served who have vision impairment. The services will be provided at the Richmond State Supported Living Center (RSSLC).
