Description
The City of Dublin is seeking qualified Engineering firms to provide professional on-call development review for a wide variety of private land development projects. The selected firm(s) will provide services on an as-needed basis and will be paid according to an approved rate schedule. The scope of work includes reviewing and managing multiple land development projects, reviewing plans and documents for conformance with City and State regulations, and coordinating with Public Works Staff and other City departments. The City may select more than one firm to enter into a contract, and the agreement shall be established for a three-year term with the option to extend for up to two additional years.
• Provide staff augmentation services
• Serve as engineering project manager and primary engineering reviewer for a wide variety of land development projects
• Review and manage multiple land development projects
• Review plans and documents for conformance with City and State regulations
• Coordinate with Public Works Staff and other City departments
