The City of San Diego is seeking qualified bidders to provide mobile office trailers as-needed for its homelessness programs. The City anticipates a current need of seven mobile office trailers, but the award of the Contract does not guarantee the City will order all seven trailers from the Contractor. The mobile office trailers must meet specific requirements, including being equipped with electrical connections, internet access, HVAC systems, and meeting all required safety and health regulations. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the trailers at no additional cost during the duration of the Contract. The City will award the Contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
• The Contract will be for a period of one year, with four additional one-year options to renew.
• The City may, at its option, order additional mobile office trailers for its homelessness programs as may be needed.
• The price will be based on the rates for the type of trailer listed in Section I of the Pricing Schedule.
• The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and personnel to transport, set up, and maintain the mobile office trailers.
• The Contractor must ensure that the City's contracted program operators are aware of safety protocols related to the trailer's operation.
