Annual Maintenance/Support Program

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking to procure maintenance support and software upgrades for the existing Sequencer analysis software used by the Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory (AFDIL). The annual maintenance agreement will provide unlimited email and telephone technical support, free software updates, and other benefits. The requirement is for a 12-month base period and three annual option years. • The maintenance/support program will cover 42 existing licenses. • The agreement will provide unlimited email and telephone technical support. • The agreement will include free software updates and system upgrades. • The purchase of the software and maintenance is required for the continued support of the growing mission of AFDIL within AFMES.
