Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is seeking bids for the installation of a diesel generator and automatic transfer switch for the Eastern LA Mental Health System. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the job. A jobsite visit is required prior to bid opening, and a completed jobsite verification form or a signed letter from the agency representative stating that the vendor has visited the jobsite should be included in the bidder's submission.
• The bid price must include delivery of all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
• The bid price must be firm for the contractual period.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a bid security in the sum of 5% of the amount bid.
• The contractor must have a contractor's license number in the appropriate classification(s) such as building construction, electrical, and/or limited specialty services.
• The contractor must comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
