This competitive sealed bid (CSB) seeks a qualified contractor to upgrade and replace the fire‑alarm system and emergency‑lighting system in the Charles Gay Annex of the Keener Building, Manhattan. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, and coordination with asbestos‑abatement activities, as well as installing a proprietary Notifier fire‑alarm system per Section 28‑46‑00.
