Description
The White County Board of Education is seeking a Construction Manager for renovations and modifications to three school sites: White County High School, Jack P. Nix Elementary School, and Mt. Yonah Elementary School. The projects include front entrance reconfigurations, fencing, technology upgrades, playground renovations, and other improvements. The selected Construction Manager will provide preconstruction services, manage the construction process, and ensure compliance with the project budget and schedule. The contract will be an Actual Cost plus a Fixed or percentage Fee not to exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Agreement.
Key aspects of the project include:
* Front entrance reconfiguration to White County High School, including guard shack, front of campus fencing, tennis court construction, and track resurfacing
* Renovations and Modifications to Jack P. Nix Elementary School, including fencing, ABC Drive surfacing, technology, playground, relighting, restroom modernization, and gym expansion
* Front entrance reconfiguration to Mt. Yonah Elementary School, including additional parking area and interior painting
* Project schedules: September 28, 2026 to January 30, 2027 for White County High School, and May 3, 2027 to July 30, 2027 for Jack P. Nix Elementary School and Mt. Yonah Elementary School
