Description
The City of Gadsden is soliciting sealed bids for Nuisance Abatement Grass Cutting Services on City Lots, State Lots, Private Lots, and Land Bank Authority Lots within the City of Gadsden, Alabama. The contract shall be for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor shall provide grass cutting and debris removal services, including removing paper, bottles, debris, tires, and other items on the property. The contractor shall also take photographs before and after the work is completed to verify the work.
• The contractor must have the necessary equipment, including a 30 HP tractor, 4' minimum rotary cutter attachment, vehicle or trailer, string trimmer, blower, and lawn mower.
• The contractor must have adequate staffing and personnel to fulfill the obligations of the contract.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and City ordinances.
• The contractor must maintain $100,000 comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance for the duration of the contract.
