ON-CALL GEOSYNTHETIC LINER REPAIR SERVICES, TERM CONTRACT

The Baltimore County Purchasing Division is seeking proposals for on-call geosynthetic liner repair services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, purchasing, installing, and repairing geosynthetic liners and cap material as designed and specified by Baltimore County and its consultants. The contract will be for a term period, and the County reserves the right to order and purchase liner material directly from the supplier. The contractor must demonstrate their ability to install new geosynthetic liners in landfill applications and repair geosynthetic liners in landfill applications. The contractor must also provide at least five project examples for each application from the prior ten years and at least five references from prior contractors, landfill operators, or municipalities. Some key points to consider: * The County reserves the right to terminate the contract with written notice, and the Contractor shall be paid for all reasonable costs incurred up to the date of termination. * The Contractor must provide a warranty for one year from acceptance, or for such longer period otherwise expressly stated in the attached solicitation. * The County encourages employers to utilize the E-verify program to determine the eligibility of new hires. * The Contractor must comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and execute a Business Associate Agreement as required by the County. * The County favors recycled and environmentally preferable products and services.
