Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Military Division, is seeking bids for the replacement of Boiler 2 Core and Failed BMS Controller at Camp Edwards, MA. The project involves removing and disposing of the existing failed PK boiler core, installing a new core, charging the system, and starting the boiler. Additionally, the project requires replacing the failed Johnson BMS controller and performing upgrades, repairs, and replacement of failed equipment and materials. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, materials, supervision, and other support services to perform the work.
• The project is located at Fire Station Building 3132, Richardson Road, Camp Edwards, MA.
• The contractor must have at least five years of experience in this type of work and must have all necessary licenses and certifications.
• The contractor will be required to provide a schedule of work, inspection reports, and remediation plans.
• The project must be completed within the contract timelines, and the contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure access and completion.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Codes, Regulations, and Industry Standards governing the work.
