Spokane Falls Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to operate a licensed, year‑round school‑aged childcare center on its campus, serving approximately 40 children with before‑school, after‑school, and full‑day care during school breaks. The contractor must hold a valid Washington State childcare license, comply with all state regulations, accept state‑subsidized payments, provide qualified staff, and manage the lease of ~3,212 sq ft of classroom/indoor recreation space. An additional requirement (Addendum 001) calls for a detailed transportation plan for moving children between the center and local schools, which can earn up to five evaluation points. The contract term runs from January 1 2027 through December 31 2031, with options to renew.
