Description
The State of Iowa is seeking bids from qualified providers to provide library books, audio books, DVDs, and music at discounted rates. The contract will begin on April 1, 2026, and end on March 31, 2028, with the option to renew for up to four annual extensions. Bidders must provide standard discounts, quantities of available books, in-stock rates, delivery estimates, and explanations of their fulfillment process.
• The State of Iowa is requesting bids from qualified respondents to provide fixed discount rates off vendors' published prices for library books.
• The contract will be available for use by all libraries within the State of Iowa.
• The bidder shall include standard discounts off list prices, quantities of available books, typical in-stock rate of available books, standard delivery estimates for in-stock books, and explanation of fulfillment process.
• The contract term will begin by 4/1/2026 and end on 3/31/2028.
• The Agency shall have the sole option to renew the contract upon the same or more favorable terms and conditions for up to four (4) annual extensions.
