Description
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking to contract with Preis Consulting, LLC to support the alignment of Missouri's state accountability scoring system with indicators that are empirically linked to postsecondary and labor market success. The contract will involve the dissemination of study results, writing policy briefs, creating a three-year workplan and timeline, leading project implementation and management, and preparing annual reports. The contract period is from the effective date of the contract through July 31, 2026, with two one-year renewal options. Key responsibilities include:
