Description
The United States Air Force is seeking sources to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for commercial kitchen exhaust systems at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing annual, semi-annual, and quarterly preventative maintenance, as well as repairs and certifications, on the exhaust systems. The contractor will also be required to provide written reports and documentation for all work performed.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Performing inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs on the exhaust systems
• Coordinating with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and facility managers to schedule maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and government regulations
• Providing certification documents for each exhaust system after completion of the preventative maintenance and repair cycle
• Responding to service calls within one business day of notification
• Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and providing reports to the COR.
