Description
The State of Maine's Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for the CAHPS Annual Survey for Adults with Disabilities. The selected bidder will be responsible for conducting surveys via telephone, video conferencing, or in-person to older adults, adults with physical disabilities, and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The contract is expected to last for 72 months, with a service start date of 4/1/2026 and a service end date of 3/31/2032.
• The bidder must have a minimum of two years of experience within the last five years administering surveys to the specified populations.
• The bidder must provide a detailed proposal, including information on their organization, qualifications, experience, proposed services, and cost.
• The proposal must include a staffing plan, implementation work plan, and cost proposal.
• The state reserves the right to negotiate with the selected bidder and to reject any and all proposals.
