Description
The Judicial Council of California is seeking full‑service hotel proposals to host the Appellate Justice Institute conference. The contract will cover sleeping rooms, meeting/function rooms, food and beverage, parking, internet, and ancillary services for a four‑day program at one of several Southern California locations. Bidders must submit the required certifications, acceptance forms, and detailed technical and cost proposals by the deadline.
• Provide a room block (up to 95 single‑occupancy rooms per day on peak days) at a maximum rate of $175/night.
• Supply meeting/function space (total rental ≤ $10,000) with AV support, internet, and parking.
• Deliver catered meals at budgeted per‑person rates (Breakfast $25, Lunch $40, Dinner $40, Coffee/Tea $8).
• All rates must be net, non‑commissionable; no resort or urban fees may be invoiced.
