The Lawrence Housing Authority is seeking proposals for legal consulting services in connection with a Public Housing Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion. The selected firm will provide legal services to support the conversion process. The RFP is available by request to Chris McGuire at [email protected]. The final day to submit written questions is 12/2/25 by 2:00 P.M. The authority will issue responses to questions by 12/9/25 and complete proposal reviews, reference checks, and initial ranking by 12/23/25.
