Description
The City of St. Marys, GA, is seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, install, and commission a comprehensive security and fire‑alarm system for its new City Hall building. The scope includes:
• Installation of access‑control hardware (card readers, door sensors, perimeter alarms).
• Installation of fire‑alarm notification appliances, horn/strobe units, and related wiring per NFPA 101/72.
• Installation of motion‑detection devices integrated with the security system.
• Installation of a network of interior and exterior security cameras with video‑management integration.
• All work must comply with local, state, and federal electrical, fire‑safety, and building codes, as well as manufacturer specifications.
• Contractor must provide complete documentation, as‑built drawings, insurance, bonds, and required certifications (E‑Verify, debarment, etc.).
• Proposals due Oct 7 2026; optional pre‑bid conference Sep 15 2026 at the new City Hall site.
