Development of Bi-Directional ICCP Controller one-of-kind prototype

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole‑source purchase order to Ohio Semitronics, Inc. for the design, development, and delivery of a one‑of‑a‑kind bi‑directional Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) controller prototype. The procurement is being processed under unusual and compelling urgency, using simplified acquisition procedures for purchases not exceeding $350,000.
