Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for elevator maintenance and repair services for the Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation & Tourism, Office of State Museum (OSM) at various museum locations in the New Orleans area. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. Bidders must submit their bids online via the LaGov Vendor Portal. A jobsite visit is mandatory for all bidders. The bidder must be licensed by the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal.
• The contract includes monthly maintenance for several elevators, including passenger and freight elevators, and dumbwaiters.
• The bidder must provide pricing for each elevator, including monthly maintenance and emergency repairs.
• The contract requires the bidder to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The bidder must also comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide products and services that conform to the accessibility standards.
