Description
The San Bernardino County is seeking a proposal for Family Resource Center Staffing. The selected provider will be responsible for operating a Family Resource Center, providing various services such as counseling, tutoring, and other support services to families and children. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $3,000,000. The provider will be responsible for ensuring the facility is appropriately furnished and operational to support service delivery. The County will provide the facility, utilities, and grounds maintenance, while the provider will be responsible for internet and other necessary expenses.
Some key requirements for the proposal include:
* Meeting all applicable licensing, permitting, and certification requirements
* Completing and submitting Attachment E – Cost as part of the proposal submission
* Ensuring proposed costs are directly related to and necessary for the delivery of services outlined in the RFP
* Identifying and justifying all proposed costs, including indirect costs
* Providing a detailed budget and financial plan
* Describing the provider's experience and qualifications in providing similar services
* Outlining the provider's plan for ensuring the facility is appropriately furnished and operational to support service delivery
