Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive uniform rental, cleaning, and replacement services for its Oceanside Area Office. The contractor will manage the full lifecycle of protective clothing and operational supplies, including initial issuance, weekly rental and cleaning, inventory control, emergency after‑hours support, and repairs, while ensuring compliance with CHP security and personnel requirements.
• Provide initial uniform set‑up (measurement, branding, alterations) for CHP personnel.
• Deliver clean protective clothing and supplies weekly, collect soiled items, and perform cleaning/re‑stitching at no cost to CHP.
• Manage inventory, supply containers, and offer emergency/after‑hours service within 4 hours of request.
• Maintain qualified personnel (driver‑license checks, fingerprinting, drug‑free) and adhere to CHP security rules.
