Description
The City of Atlanta's Department of Public Works is seeking qualified vendors to provide repair services and parts for heavy landscaping equipment. The selected vendor must demonstrate proven experience, reliability, and the capacity to fulfill the needs of the Office of Fleet Services in a timely and professional manner. The vendor must maintain OEM certification, provide mobile repair services within a 60-mile radius, and ensure timely service turnaround to support uninterrupted operations for City departments.
• The vendor must have a minimum of five years of experience providing landscaping equipment repair services and parts within the Atlanta Metropolitan area or adjoining Georgia counties.
• At least two of those years must include service provision to a governmental agency.
• The vendor must have a factory-authorized service center within a 60-mile radius of downtown Atlanta.
• The vendor must provide a central point of contact available during business hours, with an after-hours and weekend emergency contact.
• The vendor must establish separate billing accounts by OFS locations to support departmental budgeting.
