The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences (ADFS) seeks a qualified supplier to operate a comprehensive statewide drug‑testing program. The scope includes management of all testing categories (pre‑employment, reasonable suspicion, post‑accident, random), quarterly random‑selection coordination, 24‑hour after‑hours support, collection site operation within 10‑20 mi of each ADFS facility, a nationwide network for out‑of‑state candidates, provision of all collection supplies, chain‑of‑custody handling, laboratory analysis of 9‑panel drug screens plus CBD/THC ratio testing, and certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) services. The laboratory must hold current CLIA (Urinalysis) and CAP accreditations, and the supplier must attach valid certificates. Billing is to be centralized monthly with detailed test information.
