Background Check and Federal Form I-9 Vendor

Douglas County Government is seeking a vendor to provide background check and Federal Form I-9 services on an as-needed basis. The initial contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide comprehensive screening services, including county felony and misdemeanor records, social security traces, multi-state driving records, and federal records. The vendor must also be able to ensure data privacy and security, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
