IFB - 260008441 - CSO 006 Regulator Improvements - ARPA

The City of Richmond is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide general construction contracting services for the CSO-006 Regulator Improvements project. The project involves the construction of a new support structure and the installation of five fixed electric winches with associated control panel and appurtenances. The project is funded with ARPA funds and has a required project duration of 270 calendar days for substantial completion and 300 calendar days for final completion. The contractor will be responsible for performing erosion and sediment control measures, furnishing and installing the new support structure, and providing all appurtenant work for the complete installation of the CSO-006 Outfall Improvements. • The project is located on City-owned property at 1601 and 1609 East Byrd Street, Richmond, VA 23222. • The contractor will be required to submit a site safety plan and a company safety plan to the Project Manager. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of key personnel, including project executive, project manager, and safety officers. • The contractor will be required to comply with all financial reporting guidelines from the United States Department of Treasury.
