Supporting lifesaving HIV/AIDS service delivery programs in Haiti under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)

The Centers for Disease Control-GHC is seeking applications to support lifesaving HIV/AIDS service delivery programs in Haiti under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The program aims to implement HIV prevention, care, and treatment services, including facility provider-initiated testing and counseling, treatment adherence monitoring, and differentiated service delivery models. The program will be implemented in eight to ten administrative departments in Haiti, with adjustments based on the evolving HIV epidemic. The recipient(s) will support faith and community leaders, departmental health teams, and local associations of people living with HIV to achieve PEPFAR and GOH HIV/TB strategic goals. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying HIV-positive adults and children through facility provider-initiated testing and counseling (PITC) • Performing HIV testing and counseling with prompt linkage to treatment • Conducting treatment adherence monitoring • Performing differentiated service delivery models for treatment retention • Conducting routine clinical and viral load (VL) monitoring
