Description
The Missouri Veterans Commission is seeking a contractor to provide medical laboratory services for its seven state veterans homes. The contractor will be responsible for professional laboratory testing of specimens, transportation of specimens, and supply of collection and transportation materials. The contractor must have at least five years of experience providing medical laboratory services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract period is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
Some key requirements include:
* Providing medical laboratory services 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Maintaining accurate records of laboratory services provided
* Participating in the credentialing and privileging process as required by the state agency home and the VA
* Providing quarterly business reviews to discuss contract performance and state agency needs
* Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA
