Description
The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking a bidder to provide software to improve the transcript review process for transfer students applying to SUNY Empire. The software should provide essential data for decision-making in the transfer credit evaluation process by assisting with transcript reviews. The bidder should have the capability to provide an implementation plan, training, and support for the software. The contract term is 3 years with 2, 1-year renewal options.
• The software should be able to streamline the transcript review process for SUNY Empire.
• The bidder should provide an implementation plan that supports an anticipated go-live date of January 2027.
• The bidder should provide training so that the SUNY Empire team is sufficiently knowledgeable to support, configure, and troubleshoot the system.
• The bidder should have strong technical and functional documentation and various support options to support SUNY Empire during and after implementation.
• The bidder should provide a six-month grace period at no added cost to SUNY Empire to fix or correct any issues that arise.
