RFQ ARCHITECTURE and ENGINEERING – GENERAL TASK ORDER SERVICES

METRO Regional Transit Authority is seeking a firm to provide task order-based architectural and engineering services for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional years. The services will be set up on a task-based system, with each project set up as a separate order. The potential projects to be delivered include design and construction of new structures, updates to existing transit centers, design and construction of super stops, and other miscellaneous design work. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including project management, quality assurance, and construction management. • The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option to renew for additional years. • The selected firm will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of a minimum amount of work. • The firm will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination. • The firm will be required to provide a cost proposal, which will be evaluated as part of the selection process. • The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including architectural, engineering, and construction management services.
