CHIPS R&D: Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer for the CHIPS R&D program. The solicitation requires a firm-fixed-price quotation for the following line items: FT-IR Spectrometer, InSb Detector, MCT Detector, Wafer ATR Accessory, Shipping and Installation, and Other transportation related charges. The offeror must provide a technical quotation, price quotation, and terms and conditions. The technical quotation should address the technical capability, proposed items, resources, and methods to fulfill the requirements. The price quotation should include all shipping costs and tariffs. The terms and conditions should include any exceptions to the solicitation's terms and conditions. • The FT-IR Spectrometer must be compatible with existing optical components made by Bruker. • The offeror must provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for each line item. • The quotation must be submitted electronically via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer. • The offeror must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting a quotation.
