Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the provision and servicing of portable toilets at 24 public access sites in Koochiching and St. Louis Counties. The contract period is from May 8, 2026, to October 18, 2027. Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms and conditions.
• The work covered under this solicitation includes labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, rental, placement, and incidentals necessary for providing and servicing portable toilets.
• The bid price must include all associated costs necessary to complete the project according to project specifications.
• A Price Schedule in Excel format is attached to the event and must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded as part of the bid response.
