Description
The National Park Service is seeking sources interested in the Repair/Rehab of the East Potomac Maintenance Yard at 1000 Ohio Drive SW, Washington DC 20024. Work includes repairs to the roofing structures and replacement of Bay Doors. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform corrective maintenance on all overhead doors as specified in the Statement of Work. The scope of work includes overhead door replacement, roofing replacement, and electrical work. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
