Description
The Missouri Department of Social Services is seeking a contractor to provide rooftop vent services for the Department's Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, located at the Truman Building in Jefferson City, MO. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, washing, and replacing filters, as well as performing other related tasks. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with four optional renewal periods of one year each. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and environmental protection.
