The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide transitional housing services for up to 30 single‑male veterans in Service Planning Area 5 (West Los Angeles). The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ covering a five‑year period, with a maximum ceiling of $11 million and a guaranteed minimum of $1,000. The contractor must operate a 24‑hour staffed residential facility, deliver same‑day admissions, provide meals, case management, clinical supervision, security, and a suite of therapeutic and rehabilitative activities, while meeting extensive reporting, occupancy, and performance metrics.
