T-Hanger Rehabilitation - CVO Corvallis Municipal Airport

The City of Corvallis is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of T-Hangers at the Corvallis Municipal Airport. The work consists of repairing existing header trusses at the hangar doors according to approved engineered drawings. The contractor will be required to complete the work listed below on T-Hanger 5660 – Unit 10, T-Hanger 5620 – Units 9, 10, 11, and 12. This includes raising the center truss, reinforcing and supporting the header truss, removing and reinstalling existing truss bracing, gutter spikes, inner and outer door flashing, and large door track brackets. The engineering estimate for this project is $80,000.00. • Raise center truss per approved plans • Reinforce and support the header truss per approved plans, including end supports • Remove and reinstall existing truss bracing as required to complete header truss reinforcing • Remove and reinstall gutter spikes • Remove and reinstall inner and outer door flashing • Remove and reinstall the large door track brackets The City of Corvallis reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements.
