RFP #26-10, On-Call Consulting Services for Transit - Annual Contract

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide On-Call Consulting Services for Transit. The services will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the RFP. The contractor must be registered and active with SAM.gov. The contract term will be determined after the review and evaluation of the Time Line Schedules submitted by the successful Consultant. • The contractor must provide all necessary services, including labor, materials, and equipment. • The contractor must comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws. • The contractor must provide a Statement of Warranty, including all applicable manufacturers' warranties and the Contractor's warranty. • The contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. • The contractor must provide a Non-Conflict of Interest affidavit. • The contractor must provide a Supplier Inclusion Program form. • The contractor must provide a Covenant of Non-Discrimination form.
