REOI - ASSISTED OUTPATIENT TREATMENT PROGRAM (AOT) STAFFING

The Department of Health & Mental Hygiene is seeking information from vendors for the provision of care coordination and treatment services for Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) Programs. The AOT program aims to provide treatment services to individuals with mental health conditions. The vendor will be required to provide a care coordination team, including a psychiatrist, case manager, certified peer recovery specialist, and program director. The team will be responsible for treatment planning, court testimony, and participant support. The vendor will also be required to work with ACT teams and provide contingency service options. • The AOT program is a state-led, phased-in model. • The vendor will be required to provide training and technical assistance support. • The vendor will be required to work with the Department of Health & Mental Hygiene to build a person-centered, multidisciplinary care coordination team. • The vendor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Health General Article, §10–6A, Annotated Code of Maryland. • The vendor will be required to submit a company profile, services, and capabilities as part of the REOI response.
