General Contractor Services for enabling work associated with the Annex for the Clemente Ruiz Nazario U.S. Courthouse located in San Juan, Puerto Rico

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking General Contractor Services for enabling work associated with the Annex for the Clemente Ruiz Nazario U.S. Courthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The project involves relocating emergency generators, purchasing and installing an additional emergency generator, installing an underground fuel oil tank, relocating main domestic and fire service lines, and demolishing and decommissioning existing above-ground fuel oil tanks and generator building. The selected General Contractor will be required to ensure full compliance with the Government's requirements for access and security, and complete the project in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications.
