Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes for the provision of emergency call boxes for the South Texas Healthcare System. The call boxes must be IP operated, free-standing, and powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE) or solar power with a backup battery. The contractor will be required to provide service support for firmware and software updates on a quarterly basis and administrative control to at least five personnel identified by the customer. The call boxes must be capable of transmitting video and audio and require annual license renewals.
