DPW Hickory Maintenance Facility Fuel Tank/Dock

The St. Tammany Parish Government is seeking a contractor to provide turnkey delivery and installation of two 5,000-gallon UL-2085 Fireguard Fuel Tanks and an Automated Fuel Management System at the DPW Hickory Maintenance Facility. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing all necessary equipment, including tank top accessories, remote fill cabinets, and pumps. The contractor must also ensure that all work is performed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The project is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must hold a Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction license. • The contractor must provide a certified copy of a corporate resolution or other written evidence of authority. • The contractor must maintain insurance coverage throughout the duration of the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in a professional manner and with sufficient materials, equipment, and labor. • The contractor must submit an estimated progress schedule and construction signing layout for approval. • The contractor must maintain a daily log and notify the Parish of any changes to the work schedule.
