Description
The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a sole source contract to DATIX (USA) Inc. for policy management software services. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and DATIX will provide services to several service units in Montana, including the Blackfeet Service Unit, Fort Belknap Service Unit, Fort Peck Service Unit, Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, and Crow Service Unit. The procurement will be conducted under the authority of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 6.103-1 and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract.
